William T.B. King boasts an impressive array of qualifications and experience in the real estate industry. His educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, as well as a BS in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California. Additionally, he holds licenses as a Real Estate Broker, Loan Originator, and Property Manager. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his Alternative Investments Certification from Harvard Business School Online.

With over 10 years of real estate property management and a keen eye for market trends analysis, William has successfully overseen property rehabilitations across a wide budget spectrum—ranging from $15K to $90K. Notably, one of the properties under his management doubled in value over a 7-year period, while another property experienced a remarkable 60% increase in value within just 2 years. His practical real estate advice has consistently saved clients substantial sums of money. 

William’s Diverse Career Journey

William’s professional journey spans 13 years at Southern California Edison (SCE), a $20B utility company. In his role as the lead senior supply chain analyst, he provided critical support to purchasing and data management operations, overseeing an impressive annual procurement budget of $2B. His ability to deliver value extends across both corporate and private client domains.

Among his notable achievements, William’s leadership and expertise in Master Data Governance played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the Auto Purchase Order Project. This innovative initiative streamlined procurement operations by automating processes through the use of SAP ERP systems, resulting in significant time savings—thousands of hours spared. William’s impact reverberates through SCE’s operational efficiency and underscores his commitment to excellence. 

Leadership Role

In 2000, as an 18-year-old, William received a $400K grant from Commanding Lieutenant Gen. Robert T. Clark and established the Teen Community Center for Fort Campbell 101st Airborne Military Base. Furthermore, as a member of The Networkers Affinity Group at Southern California Edison, William helped raise over $300K in 8 years for UNCF. William also coordinated and facilitated the shipment of 3 containers of medical and disease prevention equipment to Liberia, valued at over $500K, to help prevent the spread of Ebola. Currently, William served as the President of the Liberian American Community Organization of Southern California from 2018 to 2023. He was also part of the USC Black Alumni Homecoming committee for 3 years and helped organize the homecoming events that supported raising scholarships for Black students attending USC.
